Unable to deploy with 'deploy WAR/EAR'

Hi,

I am trying to do deploy of my application into WebSphere61 but I am not able to do so.

I have added WebSphere61 in Organization --> Hosts

Then I am using "Deploy WAR/EAR " . In source of deploy action , i have selected 'selected archive' and checked 'undeploy during uninstall' checkbox.

but I am not able to deploy application. Whether I am using the correct way to deploy.

Have you checked the installation logs? Is there any useful information in there?
