Showing Version number after the install

Hi,

We are using IA 2011 Enterprise edition and want to set our software version number as major.minor with 2 digit precision (eg: 1.00)

However, if I change the minor to 00, it again defaults to 0.
if I try to remove the revision number after the minor, it defaults that to 0 as well.
so, when the software is installed, it shows up in the add/remove panel as 1.0.0.0

Is there a way to prevent this behavior?

We only want a 1 dot notation for now

I think the version will always be displayed as 1.0.0.0. I am afraid that cannot be changed. Meaning of version fields levels are

Major
Minor
Revision
Sub-revision
