drwxrwxr-x 2 root root 304 Jul 16 13:01 Uninstall_Identity_Manager
drwxrwxr-x 2 root root 368 Jul 16 12:56 Uninstall_Roles_Service_Driver_for_Identity_Manager
drwxr-xr-x 7 sles10 users 328 Jul 13 2007 jre

Can somebody help me on this?.

Ah 😉 you've encountered an issue that I've encountered a long time ago: http://community.zerog.com/cgi-bin/ikonboard.cgi?s=4a64479d0ef1ffff;act=ST;f=14;t=6575;hl=vm+and+pack

The issue is the following: the initial KB article, located here: http://kb.acresso.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&externalId=Q000195&sliceId=
was not specific enough: the VM custom packs on Unix must be created under the root account, otherwise when installed the right of the user that created the VM pack are retained when installed.
