Hi, I am working for one of the product,There i required to call the same installer again but in the silent mode. for example, I launched the setup.exe and selected some features(Let say Server and Remote),first i installed server related features and then now in the post installation section i invoked some custom code, from their i invoked the same installer(setup.exe) with different feature list.In this case my first process still running(first setup.exe),but the second process executes till the pre-installation summary screen, then my install section is not executing. Any idea...its very urgent...please if anybody has idea and thoughts are very welcome. Hi All, I am working on one of the big product.I want to extract a zip file(zip size is 200mb) to some temp location and from their i have to call the one the .exe file(say setup.exe).This action needs to happen in pre-install only. Presently Expance archive option is available only in Install time.Is there any way to extract the zip or any alternatives of doing this task.Suggestions welcome. Can anybody help me on this?.
