Is the "Check File/Folder Attributes" rule broken?
I have been trying to set up $USER_INSTALL_DIR$ depending on whether or not $PROGRAMS_DIR$ is writeable or not. So I was using a "Check File/Folder Attributes" rule to see if the $PROGRAMS_DIR$ was writeable. However on Windows XP the rule seems to fail regardless of whether $PROGRAMS_DIR$ is writeable. It also fails regardless if I use the rule on "C:\Program Files". The rule does seem to work correctly on other folders though, so I am a bit bemused by this behaviour. Has anybody else encountered it?
