Installing separate application files for mac and win?
Hi,
This is a real basic question, but I haven't been able to figure out the answer myself. I'm using the Install Anywhere 8 Enterprise version.
Can Install Anywhere install separate applications for mac (.app) and windows (.exe) from the same Install Anywhere project file? These aren't java-based applications.
Assistance is greatly appreciated as I'm determining if we should purchase the program (this is an evaluation copy).
Many Thanks,
Erin

I'm not sure for the Mac part (i.e. I cannot vouch for the native binary format it generates), but basically, yes, IA is multi-platform capable, so it'll produce a native .exe Windows file and some native binary for Mac. I suggest you also research the product documentation, or these forums looking for potential Mac issues / discussions or why not, directly contact an Acresso (pre)sale person?
