Error while choosing the instalaltion folder

Hi,
I attached the error report. While I am giving some other path it is throwing error. But I tried this thing in another installer could not get the error.

Could you please tell me what is the root cause for this attached error.

on Soalris..

I tried previously it was working. I created a new project after only I am getting this issue.
