Installer failure on Windows
On one of our Windows XP machines, we are receiving the following error after launching our installer.
Invocation of setup.exe failed: last error was 3
It appears in a dialog that pops up almost immediately after launching. After clicking "OK", the process goes away. Has anyone else seen this and know what the problem is?

Would it be possible to post a screenshot of the error? Thanks!

It's a very bizarre error. The only other similar occurrence I could find was this: http://forums.qj.net/psp-development-forum/88888-release-pspshark-version-1-1-now-cwcheat-conversion-3-03-oe-support.html#post1311546
Otherwise, according to this MSDN list of error codes available here: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms681382(VS.85).aspx the Windows error 3 means: "ERROR_PATH_NOT_FOUND 3 (0x3) The system cannot find the path specified."
On the other hand, as this happens on a single machine, obviously there must be something wrong with that particular machine. Do you bundle a VM or not?

Thanks for looking into this. This is the second time we have seen this. The first time was months ago and I can't remember the circumstances under which it occurred. It definitely is very bizarre.
Yes, we are bundling a VM (Sun JRE 1.5.0_11 i18n Win32)
