Installanywhere 2017 windows installation missing build.exe

I have installed windows version of Flexera/InstallAnywhere 2017. After installation, I am seeing build.exe not available under install location.

Is this possible to get this build.exe from any Flexera site? Or how to debug further. The build.lax file is available.

Version = Premier

Build= 5608

Build.exe is part of InstallAnywhere exe. It cannot be shipped or added to location separately. Uninstall and install InstallAnywhere again.

If issue persist contact Flexera support team.
