Install button comes in the middle of the installation

Hi
I have 2 strange issues in IA 2008 Enterprise edition
1) The Install buton comes in the middle of Installation instead of the "Next" button.When I click previous & come back,the same button becomes "Next".

The next is a different issue
2) I set 4 checkboxes to selected & these are checked first time.When I click Next,then click previous,one of the checkboxes gets deselected.
Has anyone come across this issue before? Is this an IA bug?
