IA 2008 with JDK 1.6.0_07 vm pack

I create a custom VM pack that includes Sun JDK 1.6.0_07. I was lucky to build the installer, but when I'm starting it, it shows a message box with NumberFormatException stack trace. I believe that's because Java HotSpot build number has changed its format and IA can't parse it. Does IA 2009 treat latest Sun JDK versions correctly? Should I expect for a patch in IA 2008?
