I can't install the game (Windows 10)

I run the Install_ESO.exe that i downloaded, the InstallAnywhere bar fills to 100%, Windows firewall warning pops up because of Java, click allow access, the end. Nothing happens. Looked online for solutions, found lots of other people with the same problem, no working solutions. Please, for the love of all the money i spent on this game when it worked perfectly fine on my old laptop, help me. group d RRB
