How to remove Custom Install Set option?

Hi!

I want to remove the "Custom Install Set" option from the "Choose Install Sets" panel. Is there any way to do this? In the General settings tab, I have the "Choose Install Sets (only)" option selected. Essentially I only want the two Install Sets I have configured there.
