How to changing default panel messages for other languages
All,
I was changed the message for a panel. However, when I viewed that panel in another language, the message was unchanged.
I understand I will have to have to use a locale properties file, but I am not sure how to tie it in.

Just edit the locales/custom file (from the folder where your xml file resides) and alter the prompt there.
Find the corresponding 'en' prompt (starting with "#") and add your translated text in the uncommented line below.
But I guess you might read the help files a few.
