How to change icon for Alias of Change program Installation for Mac

change icon for Alias of change program instillation is available for window but i have not found an option for mac. where i can found this option.

The "Windows" tab for "Choose .ICO file" was recently added to support windows icons. On mac, I guess you have to use ".gif" file extension, the 32x32 & 16x16 choices below the ".ico" to change you alias icons.
The panel is confusing.
