ExecuteAsRoot plugin stating "unavailable" during install

Hi,

I am attempting to use the ExecuteAsRoot plugin during an install to lay some files down as root but I get the following:

Custom Action: com.zerog.ia.customcode.unix.ExecuteAsRoot
Status: ERROR
Additional Notes: ERROR - class com.zerog.ia.customcode.unix.ExecuteAsRoot unavailable.

As far as I know I have done everything right.... anyone have any ideas?
