Execute Uninstaller does not work in console mode
Hi,
I have an Action "Execute Uninstaller" and I have used the Uninstaller UI mode in that action as "same as parent".
Having done this, if I invoke the exe in console mode and choose the uninstall option, the uninstallation does not work.
This, however, works if I invoke the exe in GUI mode and follw the same steps.
I even tried "Execute Command" and passed the command for invoking the uninstaller but the result is same. It works in GUI mode but not in console mode.
Any help regarding this would be greatly appreciated.
Regards,
Debesh.

Did you find a workaround for this? I am having the same problem.
I tried to pass in an argument (-i console) to the lax action, but that did not seem to help. If I directly run the uninstall with the -i console option, the uninstall runs fine.
So it seems like there is a bug in the "same as parent" Uninstaller UI Mode radio button that prevents this from working.
