Error in Install Complete panel
Hi - With the installer that we build, the installer finishes - Install Complete panel is shown; but it has the following message:
The installation of is finished, but some errors occurred during the install. Please see the installation log for details.
The installed product works fine for one thing - but I am not sure what causes this message to be displayed in the final panel.
Secondly, what is the location of the installation log that is mentioned in the panel?
Thanks,
S.

In the Project tab of the Installanywhere ,check the box "Generate Install Logs".
Once that check box is selected ,you will get Installer log in the directory where you are installing the product.

Hi f.oobar,
Firstly ensure logs are enabled at Project-->Log settings-->Enable logging (install, add, repair, remove, uninstall) as per your requirement.
You can either customize the paths in the text box provided or with the default values build your project and once installed the logs should be generated in your/__installation/Logs/
Hope this Helps.
Thanks,
Madhav Pai
