Classes missing in IAClasses.zip, 2008 VP1 Enterprise

Hi, I'm using IA2008 VP1 Enterprise.
I want to use the following classes to verify whether the current user is admin/root:
com.installshield.wizard.service.security.SecurityService,
com.installshield.wizard.service.file.FileService.

Both of the classes are in the javadoc, but I can't find them in IAClasses.zip.
How can I fix this?
Or can I verify user's authority through other ways?
