Cannot access find editor for your environment
Hi,
In InstallAnywhere 2008, I add Action "Set System Environment Variable".
After installation, the install.log shows
Set Environment Variable: PATH = /opt/MyProduct
Status: WARNING
Additional Notes: WARNING - Cannot access find editor for your environment.
(com.zerog.ia.installer.util.editors.EditUnixBash)
if any solution? :confused:
=========================================
My test environment
Installanywhere 2008 Enterprise Build.3431 (also install InstallAnywhereHotFix3)
OS : Ubuntu 11.04
PS: RHEL 5 and SLES 11 work fine

From that message it looks like IA uses the default editor to add that system variable and on your system EDITOR variable is not defined.
