Answerfile creating for silent installation doesn't work properly

Today I tried the silent installation.
I startet the installaer with -r /path/to/answer.txt
I choose installdir and I choose custom setup and select/deselect some features oft he application.

Finally, the answer.txt was written but only with the
USER_INSTALL_DIR=...

Nothing about the changed features. WTF?
I tried console installer and GUI under linux. Always the same result :-(((

Any ideas?

And when using "Create always answer file" option inside the designer no files are created. No answer file, no log file (which also has to be created every time... )
