Devices are stuck in ucelprep state for a couple weeks

I need to perform a rescan and the message I get is:

"Your assessment is already in ucelprep state. We are wrapping up your assessment and preparing for the final report. You may not request rescan at this moment."

It has been stuck like this for 2 weeks, and even rebooting the 2 VM's(RN150 & Flexdeploy) from the hypervisor, still does not change the state.  How to fix?

FWIW, there were only 24 devices it found on the first scan, so not a lot of information to compile.

I think that you need assistance from support to reopen the assessment, and I can see that an auto-generated support case is already opened related to this community thread. Please feel free to utilize it to request assistance.
