Steps to integrate flexnet publisher in our project

Hi Team,

i have downloaded FNP tool kits but am not sure how to integrate it to my application for licensing.
we dont need license server in our local machine , we want to access from cloud license server.

is there any step by step or document to understand clearly how to implement it.
