Restrict application to a region using flex licensing

Hi,

is it possible to restrict the application usage to a region (i.e. europe, or country) using flex licensing?

  We have 'Time Zone Licensing' which is working based on the time zone of the geographic location. It has its own pros and cons but you can check once if that match your requirement or not under FlexNet Publisher 2021 R3 (11.18.2) Programming Reference for License File-Based Licensing page #195.
