Log message "(lmgrd) Warning: Maximum connections to the server has reached. Please disconnect some clients from the server"

Hello,

For one of our Customer, in the log file we note  lot of message like this:

"(lmgrd) Warning: Maximum connections to the server has reached. Please disconnect some clients from the server"

And the working is very unstable and the licence distribution is disturbed, some User can not get licence anymore.
