License checked out multiple times by the same user
Hello, we have following problem reported by a couple of customers: the user checks out the a license multiple times. He is running one single instance of our application. Therefore he blocks more licenses then he should.
Do you have any experience with this issue?

@tzfortuna , assuming that its not related to product logic itself, one reason of such an observation would be 'Network Disconnect in between Client and Server' leading to heartbeat failure and (within a threshold), if client reconnects to Server - It will checkout a new count of license.
It would be helpful, if you can confirm the Debug log (Server end), lmstat output against the User as well as confirm if there is any 'TIMEOUT' value in use through options file/client code logic?
