Flexnet Publisher

Hello, my company has developed an application with Microsoft access.  My boss wants to sell this application to other companies, but my boss wants to license this software and does not want others to use and copy it.  That's why he wants to license it with a flexnet license.  What steps should I follow and how much is the fee for us.
