Flexera not installing most current version

After trying to install 11.19.6.0, it reverts to 11.19.2.0. Need to figure out why its not installing the most current version. Any ideas?

So I downloaded the 11.19.6.0 .exe file. Install it and followed the instructions. Everything installs as it should but it install 11.19.2.0. Why doesnt it install 11.19.6.0? There isnt much to replicate tbh. I tried deleting it and installing it again and it only installs the wrong version. I can confirm I did downloaded 11.19.6.0.

Hi @angel329623 , from the image shared I can see that it is the correct 11.19.6 version that is downloaded. Maybe you are getting confused with the hotfix number 2. There was a fix on the lmadmin side as a result the exe is named 11.19.6.2.

I really wish that was the case but checking the version installed I am correct. This is super annoying. Any other ideas?

Update. Still having issues where I cant install 11.19.6.0.

Hi @angel329623 Can you please check both the 64bit and 32bit location 

C:\Program Files\Common Files\Macrovision Shared\FlexNet Publisher

C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Macrovision Shared\FlexNet Publisher and see you have the installed version of there. 

Also please make sure that when you try to uninstall the entity in the file fnp_registrations.xml is removed in the right path.

I checked the x86 and it is not there. Should it be installed there? as for the file fnp_registrations.xml, Should I uninstall, check everything has been deleted and then install again?
