Does the license daemon support the Redhat8 OS with NIS?

Hello,

I'm using lmgrd and vendor daemon v11.18.2.0 licensed software.
The machine I'm using is RedHat 8 OS and NIS manages user names and so on.
When using this software on this machine, the license does not work properly.
Is lmgrd v11.18.2.0 supported for use with NIS and RedHat8?

Hi @yatto7 FNP 11.18.2 does support RHEL 8, however, it should be LSB compliance. Can you share the error that you are facing? or some more details so that we can help you to fix the issue.

Thank you for your response.
When using an application on a NIS client machine managed by Network Information Service (NIS) on RHEL8 OS, the license cannot be acquired correctly.
