64 bit PC

Hello,

I noticed that 'lmclient.h' checks if _USE_32BIT_TIME_T is defiend, and I wonder if the Flexnet Publisher will work for 64 bit PC. Please verify this.

It does work on 64-bit windows.
This check is there because Flexnet requires a 32-bit time_t on 32-bit windows, but with the VC2005 compiler, time_t is 64-bit by default.
