Answer

To Sign in to FlexNet setup
1. On the Sign in page,provide the default administrator user credentials
Username : admin
Password : admin


To Sign in to FlexNet Operations
1. In a web browser,open the Producer Portal using the hostname of a machine on which FlexNet Operations is

Running and the HTTP port you set on the general configuration page in Flexnet Setup
http://hostname:port/flexnet/operations
1.On the Sign In page, provide the default administrator user credentials.
? Username: ADMNadmin
? Password: admin

Flexnet operations. If the created entitlement ID is status "obsolete" does it mean the activation ID  wont work?

Correct, you cannot activate an obsolete entitlement.  In order to activate entitlements must be in a deployed state.

I am trying to delete an obsolete or inactive entitlement. Is that possible.

It is preferable to ask questions like this in a separate thread rather than commenting on a post on a different topic. 

There are states for both entitlement lines and entitlements.  You cannot delete an Obsolete Entitlement Line, however you can delete an Obsolete Entitlement provided you have not activated any licenses.  If you have activated licenses you cannot delete an Obsolete Entitlement.
