Reports failing to run from Shared Folder

One of the reasons why reports fail to run from Shared Folder is due to insufficient access from Shared-<tenant_id> network / Shared-<tenant_id> folder in Reporter.

 

Solution :

We can schedule the report from the customer's Favorite folder or Shared-Support folder in the Reporter so that no failure is seen.
