Providing Support Organization Redirects for End Users

This article is directed to new FlexNet Operations LLM producers and any current LLM producers who have not yet customized End User Portal content to reference their own support organization’s contact information.

Flexera strongly recommends that producers replace Flexera support contact information with their own support organization information in End User Portal HTML content and LLM email templates. Producers make these customizations through the Producer Portal.

Customizing HTML Content Pages
The following PDF provides instructions on how to customize the End User Portal HTML content. Note that the Login, Support, and FAQ pages are especially important locations for providing updated support contact information.

Customizing Email Template Content
Review any active email templates, and make appropriate changes to ensure that your support organization’s contact information is referenced.
