I am currently looking for a way to have a Single Sign On solution for Flexnet Operations & Zendesk.
Currently our customers have to register on both platforms to log-in, is there a way I can connect the flexnet account to the Zendesk account and use Single sign on, so our customers only have to register once via flexnet and use the credentials to sign in on the Zendesk website?
Thank you in advance.

Hi Julian,
Thank you for coming back.
Yes, configuring FNO to leverage SSO capabilities does requires a SSO provider (e.g. Okta, Ping Identity, etc.).
Kind Regards,
Eric

Hello @Selders ,
There is a method, getSecureToken, in the FlexnetAuthentication endpoint to support SSO OOTB.

Thank you Eric.
But that means that I would need an additional SSO provider, correct?
So, Flexnet operations does not have an option included that Flexnet acts as a SSO provider, so that our customers can use their flexnet credentials to log-in via Zendesk?
Best regards,
Julian
