Report server error

When I try to start the report functionality from FlexNet Operations i get this error message:

ERROR:

Server 10.0.4.137:6400 not found or server may be down (FWM 01003)

Hi @intveld you are getting the error because the legacy reporter is down and it was upgraded to Reporter (New) already so can you please try to use the Reporter  (New) link to access the FNO reports, for more information you can read https://docs.revenera.com/fno_CURRENT/2021-09/rn/Content/helplibrary/Reporting_Enhancements_in_2021_08.htm#releasenotescontent_4177526095_1396625
