Getting the error while calling web services

Hi @sunilkumard ,

I have seen this issue in the past where licenses for the FlexNet Operations instance have expired.   Can you please provide a Customer ID or Order ID so this can be investigated?

Hi @sunilkumard ,

We'd need to know your customer ID / FlexNet Operations instance as well.  Is this happening all the time or occasionally?  If occasionally then please submit a support ticket so someone can work with you directly.
