Is this a Metered Model? Not appears

i am tryng to create a metered license model, but now the question "Is this a Metered Model? " is not asking in license model creation process

Two month ago i created a metered license model with demo credentials, but now, i'm not able to create in my production portal or demo portal.

Hi @imarinl ,

Thanks, I was able to determine your Account from the URL in your screenshot.  It appears you are not entitled to the FlexNet Operations Module which provides the metered licensing functionality.   I have reached out to your account manager, she will be in touch shortly.
