I submitted Excel batch files, get back successful status, but portal not updated
I submitted three Excel batch files for 18 each of accounts, users and entitlements. I get back successful statuses, but the portal is not updated for any accounts, users or entitlements. Entitlements were submitted twice, but that should not matter. It is configured to just write over it.
My area is 1735. My job ids are 28513 through 28516. This is now a half hour ago.

Can you please check the bmsclient04062021account.txt file has a Title line when you have saved it as Unicode text? If it has a title line then we need a support case to investigate further.
If there is no title line then you need to save it again with the correct title line and then import it one more time and check. Hope this helps
