You may use the reporter tool to determine usage and storage. This can be found in the FNO producer portal in the drop down menu in the right hand corner
I checked our system and do see there are already reports written for your company.
After Logging into FlexNet Operations and then choosing the "Reporter tool" from the "Resources" menu option, you will be logged into the Reporter tool
Expand the "Public Folders" menu option
Click into the first "Shared" folder (contains your company name) and there are several pre-written reports that you may run for download history.
There is one report that is for storage; Total Storage. Storage is a "moment in time", meaning there are no date parameters needed to run this report.
