Not sure if this is the right place to post this but here goes
We have over 10 products that are licensed using LMtools and I want to update it to the latest
If install the latest from one of our products it puts it in its own vendor>product folder and doesnt update all the remaining LM utility files I have
Is there a way I can just get the latest directly from Flexera?
Tried to but it asks for a product ID or serial which I dont know where to find those for any of the licensed applications
Hi @patdeakin Yes, you can not download and use directly from Revenera, you have to check with your publisher to get the updated tools.
