How can i create a new VCG based on my publisher keys and use it in FlexNet Operations?
Where can i find information\documentation about that?

Edit: This should under FlexNet Publisher instead of FlexNet Embedded.

Do you have access to the Product and License Center (PLC) - https://flexerasoftware.flexnetoperations.com/control/inst/login

?

If you don't have access to the PLC, please raise a support ticket.

There, under FlexNet Operations (not FlexNet Operations Cloud), you can download the documentation. The instructions for "Building the VCG" is documented in the "FlexNet Operations Implementation Guide".
