You do not have permission to download the upgrade wizard
We have some clients getting the error "You do not have permission to download the upgrade wizard" when launching the update server.
They are logged on as a local administrator/
Any ideas?

You might want to try to have them reset their IE Security settings to "default."
I just ran up against this as the user was able to get to the Update Service, but could not view Available Updates. Had him reset to default within IE and solved problem.
