Thanks for that webinar, and answering all the questions I asked, it really gave me a good understanding of what ISUS is and isn't. I had no knowledge of it before today and came out with a really great overview.
Top priorites for me for convincing my bosses to adopt are:
1) Globalization - ability to store separate messages for each language, and launch correct one depending on language.
2) a good understanding of the cost structure etc for me to be able to "sell" it to them as cost effective (not relevant in this forum)
