Update service & Express v4 - QuickPatch

In the product tour for the Update Service, the page titled "Build an Update" states:

"Using Express, you need to include the entire new version with each update".

Does this mean that QuickPatch does not work with the Update Service?

A quick patch will work very well with the Update Service. That Update Service product tour was created before the quick patch feature existed. The product tour should be updated.

Sorry for the confusion.
