Update Manager Errors

One of our customers received the following error dialogs when attempting to execute an update after a first time installation. The errors were essentially repeated on several machines within the company.

Computers running XP SP2 with IE6 SP2.

Any thoughts ?

I would have your customer reinstall/repair your application's setup. If that does not work, try manually registering the FLEXnet Connect binaries.
