Targeting messages to users in cpecific countries

I need to publish a message about a seminar that will be run in a specific country. Can somebody provide me with a poiner on how to target a message to one or more countries i.e. only machines configured for specific locales would get the message.

I would say probably the easier way to do it, would be based on condition or registry key value.

Use the values in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\International

These are written based on settings in Control Panel | Regional and Language Options.

Could use sCountry, iCountry, sLanguage, etc... then people with certain settings get message....
