Removing Folders/Files from User PCs

I am running a basic InstallScript Project.

How do I remove directories and/or files from the end user PCs during an update process ?

I have tried every permutation of full and differential install I can concoct, without success.

The update adds the "new files", but does not delete the "old" files that no longer exist in the latest release.

This is more of an IDE-related question, so you would probably get an answer by posting to one of the InstallShield forums. This link will take you to the general products area where you can then choose IS12/IS11/ISX InstallScript forums (depending upon your version).
