Removing FlexNet Connect
How do I remove FlexNet Connect from my computer?
I consider it to be a virus and I want to remove it now! Acresso should be ashamed of yourselves for writing this virus.

You should try to find out what software you installed that installed FNC. Contact their support. If FNC is reporting updates for you, it should stop reporting them after you install them or look at them. You should have the option of ignoring them if you want.
You can look in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Macrovision\FlexNet Connect\ or thereabouts for the files agent.exe and isuspm.exe and try renaming them. It may cause errors from the original installing SW, though. Good luck.
