Problem with versions

Hi,

I am pretty new in update service. But now I discovered something strange.
I made installation with installshield using the installscript project.
First release is 2.00.0000. And when it register to update service it is written as 2.00

Also what ever build I made between 2.00 and 2.01 it always fetch upgrade from update service for version 2.00.

Is it possible to make updates for builds like: 2.00.0001, 2.00.0002.

For instance I want to make two upgrades:
Lord Primus, ver 2.0.1
previous_ver new_ver
2.00.0000 2.00.0001

LordPrimus, ver 2.0.2
2.00.0001 2.00.0002


P.S. Is there any good document that explains this problem.
