Hello,
"Are you logging in to http://services.installshield.com"
Yes, I'm logging to http://services.installshield.com
"are do you have a self hosted Update Service server running at your location"
No, I'm not set a self hosted Update Service server.
But, in InstallShield Professionel 10.5, if I launch of menu "Tools", "Check Update", I'm not see nothing !!!! No works ????

Are you using a Mozilla based browser, such as Firefox?
The exact same thing happens to me when I click on "Preview"...no window loads. In fact, the whole site has tons of problems with Firefox. It's still seems coded specifically towards IE. Which means you'll need to use IE (ugh) to fully use the Update Service site.
To give the website developers credit, the website is a lot better than it's previous version. The previous version wouldn't work at all in Mozilla browsers.
One more thing....you can see if a website problem occurred in Firefox by checking the JavaScript Console in the Tools menu. In the case of the Preview button, the JavaScript Console reported these problems.
Warning: Non-standard document.all property was used. Use W3C standard document.getElementById() instead.

Hmm...here's what happened when I tried IE
For me, when I selected a product, and a version, and then English, and then I select the 1st of the 3 options, and the last drop down says "Active"...and then I clicked Preview, I see an "Error on page." message in the bottom left hand corner of the browser window:
When I double click on that Error on page, I am told this:
Line: 133
Char: 3
Error: 'document.previewForm.messagecount.value' is null or not an object
Code: 0
URL: http://services.installshield.com/preview/preview.do
Now, when I selected the 2nd of the 3 options, then it works. I first get a small pop up window for a split second, then an application style window, then a web page displaying what the update will look like.
Does this help?
